Stepantsminda-Lars Highway Closed to Freight Vehicles Due to Precipitation
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that the highways in the Republic of Armenia are passable. In the Aragatzotn region, particularly in the Aragatz region, snow is falling in the cities of Hrazdan, Spitak, and Vanadzor in the Kotayk and Lori regions.
Fog is reported in the Aragatz region, particularly in the Spitak bends and the town of Ashtarak.
According to information received from the Emergency Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in North Ossetia, due to emergency conditions, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed to freight vehicles due to precipitation.
