Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan Meets with Russian Ambassador to Discuss Azerbaijani Atrocities
The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, met yesterday with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia, Sergey Kopyrkin. This information was reported by the Defender's office.
During the meeting, Arman Tatoyan emphasized the importance of effective cooperation between the Human Rights Defender and the Russian Embassy in Armenia, expressing gratitude for the established joint work on the prompt exchange of information related to the protection of the rights of our compatriots in Russia.
The Defender also presented to the Ambassador the atrocities committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces between September and November, detailing their brutal actions and torture, as well as the systematic anti-Armenianism that has state support in Azerbaijan.
