Russian Defense Deputy Minister Discusses Situation in Nagorno-Karabakh with ICRC Director
Russian Deputy Defense Minister, General Alexander Fomin, and ICRC Director Peter Maurer have discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, Syria, and the fight against COVID-19. This was reported by TASS.
“During the meeting, issues related to the humanitarian situation in Syria and Nagorno-Karabakh were discussed,” the ICRC stated. The parties reaffirmed their readiness to continue dialogue and to develop cooperation in providing humanitarian assistance to the civilian population in crisis regions.
