Russian Rescuers in Stepanakert to Provide Assistance to Residents
A 30-member operational group from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived in Stepanakert on November 16 to provide assistance to the local population. This was reported by TASS.
The group includes representatives from the central apparatus of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescuers, communication specialists, and others. They have brought with them the necessary equipment and a field camp.
On-site, the expansion of the group to include 150 rescuers and a ready-to-fly aeromedical military hospital will be discussed.
