Jalal Harutyunyan's Condition is Stable with Positive Dynamics
The condition of Jalal Harutyunyan, former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army and lieutenant general, is stable with positive dynamics. This was reported by Shushan Stepanyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, on her Facebook page.
"The circulating information does not correspond to reality," Stepanyan stated.
