Arsen Torosyan Targets Next Victim
Arsen Torosyan continues his political strategy of eliminating old personnel. This time, the director of the Yolian Blood Center is in his crosshairs. The director's contract expires on September 30, and according to our sources, the minister does not intend to extend it, despite having such an opportunity. Torosyan plans to bring in a new person for this position, and not even the candidacy of anyone from the center is being discussed.
