Narek Samsonyan Detained by Arabkir Police Department
Narek Samsonyan, the head of the NGO 'Civil Consciousness', has been detained by the Arabkir Police Department. Previously, he had reported on his Facebook page that police attempted to block his path and he demanded an explanation from them.
During a live broadcast, Narek Samsonyan informed that just a short while ago, the Traffic Police had blocked his vehicle and prevented him from moving forward. 'I was driving to our office when two traffic police officers fell under my car, stopping me for not wearing a mask from the third lane. A supervisor approached and said that they were stopping me based on the governor's decision. I responded with what the majority of citizens are saying regarding the governor's orders,' said Narek Samsonyan.
