Court Hearing in Yerevan Continues for Robert Kocharyan and Others
The court hearing for the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and others continues at the Shengavit premises of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.
It is worth noting that during the previous session, Robert Kocharyan's lawyer, Hayk Alumyanc, requested the court to allow the questioning of heirs and victims as witnesses. The lawyer presented a list of 102 names included among the victims in the case, requesting their inclusion in the witness list. The prosecution expressed disagreement with the presented motion.
