VIDEO: A Woman is Detained for Not Complying with Police Requests

A video has surfaced online showing the detention of a woman who refused to comply with police requests.

The woman continued on her way despite the officers urging her to stop, saying, "Your movement is restricted, please wait." Eventually, a female officer twisted her arms and attempted to place handcuffs on her, but was unsuccessful as the woman screamed and resisted.

"You will be held accountable for your actions," the female officer stated.

Another officer approached and urged her to accompany them to the police station. Ultimately, the woman was detained.
