Driver of a Toyota Flees During Live Facebook Broadcast of Police

Earlier today, during a live Facebook broadcast by the Police of the Republic of Armenia, the driver of a Toyota vehicle did not comply with the legal requests of the traffic police officers at the traffic police checkpoint in Sevan and attempted to flee.

Traffic police, in cooperation with officers from the Gavar division, pursued the violating driver and arrested him on the Sevan-Gavar road, taking him to the police station. The vehicle has been transferred to a secured area. The circumstances are under investigation.
