COVID-19 Death Toll in Turkey Reaches 59

As of March 25, the number of deaths due to the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) in Turkey has reached 59. This was announced by Turkey's Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca on his official Twitter page, as reported by Ermenihaber.

In his post, the minister stated that 561 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed from 5,035 tests conducted in the past 24 hours. During this period, 15 deaths of infected individuals were recorded.

Thus, according to the latest data, Turkey has a total of 2,433 confirmed cases of infection and 59 deaths.
