Car Accident In Gegharkunik Involving Defense Ministry Officers Leaves Injured
On March 25, a car accident occurred in the Gegharkunik province. Around 12:40 PM, vehicles collided on the 2nd km section of the Martuni-Vardenis-Karvachar highway. The accident involved a 21-year-old resident of Martuni, Karen P., driving an Opel with license plate 36 NG 006, and a 28-year-old resident of Vardenik, Hakob Gabrielyan, driving a BMW with license plate 35 VP 602.
According to Shamshyan.com, both drivers sustained bodily injuries and were transported to the Martuni medical center.
Sources indicate that both drivers are serving in a military unit of the Republic of Armenia's Ministry of Defense.
