Body Found in An Apartment in Yerevan
On March 23, at 11:10 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report indicating that a resident of the basement of building number 34 on Tsaturyan Street in Yerevan was not responding to knocks on the door or phone calls.
Emergency responders from the Fire and Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched a firefighting team to the scene. The rescuers opened the basement door and found the body of Mnatsakan M. in bed.
