Lawyer Alexander Kochubayev wrote on his Facebook page: “The images show some of the injuries sustained by Karen Hovhannisyan, who was tortured in the police station. In addition, K. Hovhannisyan has been diagnosed with splenic enlargement, which is a result of the blows, and his finger is dislocated, among other things. I hope that the guilty parties will be quickly identified and held accountable. This is a matter of honor for the police themselves, as such footage discredits the system.”
