Man Falls into Building Foundation Pit in Yerevan; His Condition is Critical
On March 10 at 11:48 AM, the National Center for Crisis Management received a report that a man had fallen into a building foundation pit near the construction site of 72/2 Nairi Zaryan Street in Yerevan.
A firefighting team from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Rescue Service in Yerevan, along with a special rescue operation unit, was dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that Rostom S. (born in 1982) had fallen from a partially constructed building (about 4 meters high) into the foundation pit. Before the rescuers arrived, local forces managed to pull Rostom S. out of the pit, and he was transported to Armenia Medical Center. Doctors have assessed the injured man's health condition as critical.
