VIDEO: Gas Cylinder Removed from Car, Taxi Approached to Take Stolen Goods

The night services of various police departments are yielding positive results in the fight against crime. The police reported that recently, during a nighttime operation, officers from the Arabkir police department uncovered yet another criminal incident.

The police discovered that young individuals had dismantled a car's gas cylinder and spare tire, while a taxi was being approached to take away the stolen items.

A young man and the taxi driver, along with the vehicle, were taken to the Arabkir police department. Their identities were confirmed, including that of an individual who had fled.

The detained 35-year-old resident of Spitak confessed to committing four thefts in the same manner in different administrative districts of Yerevan during the past and current year.

Efforts are underway to locate the fleeing 24-year-old resident of Getamej village and the victims. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified. The investigation is ongoing.
