Bodies of Citizens Found in Yerevan's Duryan District and Rubinyants Street
On February 18, at 1:28 PM, a call was received by the National Center for Crisis Management reporting that a resident of one of the apartments in building No. 45 in Yerevan's Duryan district was not responding to knocks on the door and phone calls. This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Department of Information and Public Relations.
A firefighting unit from the Yerevan Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene. Rescuers opened the apartment door and discovered the body of Susanna S. (born 1953) in the bedroom.
At 1:23 PM, another call was received at the National Center for Crisis Management about a resident of one of the apartments in building No. 1 on Rubinyants Street not responding to knocks and phone calls. Again, a firefighting unit from the Yerevan Rescue Department was sent to the scene. Rescuers opened the door and found the body of Lida M. (born 1936) on the bedroom floor.
