Attempt to Bomb the German Embassy in Armenia

Materials are being prepared at the Investigation Department of the Police of Armavir in connection with a report received at the police on February 17. According to SHAMSHYAN.com, around 12:50 PM, a resident of one of the villages in the Armavir region, a 56-year-old named Khachik A., informed the operational management center of the police in Yerevan that he was planning to blow up the German embassy in Armenia.

According to G. Shamshyan's information, the police quickly identified the caller and his place of residence and arrived at his home. It turned out that he intended to bomb the German embassy “to create an international scandal, as he had been deported from Germany while his wife remained there.”
