Rescue Workers Discover Homeowner's Body in Apartment

On February 17, at 3:57 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a resident of an apartment in Building 1, 1st Neighborhood of Metsamor, Ararat Province, was not responding to knocks on the door or phone calls.

A firefighting and rescue unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers opened the apartment door and found the body of Ashot S. (born in 1956) on the bed in the bedroom.
