Car Catches Fire; Driver Hospitalized with Burns on Hands and Face

On February 12, at 15:38, the National Center for Crisis Management received a report of a "Mazda" vehicle on fire on 1st street of Nerkhin Charbakh in Yerevan. Two fire and rescue units from the Emergency Situations Ministry of Armenia were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that a "Mazda 6" vehicle was engulfed in flames, driven by Sargis G., born in 1995. The fire was contained at 15:50 and extinguished by 15:59. The vehicle was completely destroyed by the fire.

Sargis G. was hospitalized with burns on his hands and face at the National Institute of Burns, where he received appropriate medical treatment and was later discharged.
