The Child of Constitutional Court Member Grant Nazaryan Has Been Found
The child of Constitutional Court member Grant Nazaryan, who went missing days ago, has been found. This was announced by Zarzand Gabrielyan, an employee of the Police Information Department, in response to a question from "Haykakan Zhamanak."
On January 27, Nazaryan approached the police, stating that he had handed his 8-year-old son to his ex-wife, a resident of Lori Province, who transported the child to an unknown location, and he had no information about it. The judge indicated that he believed his ex-wife had kidnapped the boy.
In our conversation, Gabrielyan noted that based on the materials prepared regarding the incident, a decision was made on February 4 to refuse to initiate a criminal case under the second point of part 1 of Article 35 of the Criminal Procedure Code (absence of a criminal act). He added that further details regarding the incident are not subject to publication.
