Bomb Threat Found to Be False, No Danger Detected
On February 3, at 12:21 PM, the 911 emergency hotline received a report that a bomb had been placed on the roof of the police building in Abovyan, Kotayk Province.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that a firefighting team from the Regional Rescue Department had been dispatched to the scene, along with a rescue unit from the Special Operations Rescue Work Center and an engineering unit from the Civil Defense Department.
The rescuers secured the area and maintained a watch. It was later determined that the report was false; no danger was detected.
