Fact. The Issue of Returning to a Semi-Presidential Form of Governance is on the Authorities' Agenda
«Fact» newspaper writes: Despite claims that there is currently no issue concerning changes to the system of state governance, according to the sources of the «Fact» newspaper, the authorities are actually in a dilemma regarding which governance model will meet their expectations and facilitate the easy retention of power.
The central topic of discussions is the idea of definitively abandoning the parliamentary option. As previously noted in our publications, the question of returning to a semi-presidential governance form continues to remain on the agenda of the current authorities.
