Major Accident on the Road from Saralanj to Teryan
On December 29, a serious traffic accident occurred in Yerevan. At approximately 19:50, vehicles collided on the section of the old road from Saralanj to Teryan Street, involving an Opel car with license plate 35 RO 407 and a Volkswagen Golf with license plate 34 ZQ 492.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, one person was injured and transported to the hospital. Rescuers and doctors were the first to provide assistance to the injured. Officers from the 1st Brigade of the Road Police also arrived promptly, led by Senior Inspector Artak Sargsyan.
The police are investigating the identities of the drivers and the injured party.
