Tragic Incident in Nor Hajn: Mother Finds 4.5-Month-Old Baby Deceased
Today, January 9th, a tragic incident occurred in the Kotayk region. At around 10:20 AM, the police department in Nairi received a report from the Nor Hajn polyclinic that a medical team had transported an unconscious baby boy to the 'Abovyan' medical center, where it was determined that the child was deceased.
According to photographer Gagik Shamshyan, the head of the Kotayk regional police, Sevan Kocharyan, along with the head of the Nairi police department, Hayk Tumanyan, the head of the criminal investigation department, Gevorg Nahapetyan, and the head of the juvenile affairs division, Aleksanyan, arrived at the hospital.
The police have established that the deceased was 4.5-month-old Arsen A., a resident of Nor Hajn. His mother had attempted to feed him and noticed that the child was not breathing. An external examination of the body did not reveal any signs of violence. An investigation is being prepared by the investigative division of the Nairi police department. Based on the investigator's decision, a forensic examination has been appointed.
