VIDEO: Citizens Attach Black Ribbons to the Gates of the Football Federation Building
The extraordinary meeting of the Football Federation of Armenia, which just started, began with disputes. At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Armen Nikoghosyan announced that he was relinquishing his duty to preside over the meeting, a responsibility transferred to him as vice president, since the federation's president has resigned, reports HJ.
He handed over the responsibility to the Deputy Secretary General, Arthur Azaryan. A delegate from the Vanadzor Football Academy utilized their speaking rights and expressed discontent regarding Azaryan presiding over the meeting. The explanations from the Football Federation did not satisfy him.
The candidate for the president of the FFA, Tovmas Grigoryan, also stood up and began to voice complaints, but it was unclear what he was saying. The issue is that journalists were not allowed to enter the conference room, as the FFA had previously stated that there were too many accredited journalists, and therefore they must follow from a separate room via television.
However, Grigoryan’s voice was not audible on the television since he was not provided a microphone.
In the meantime, two individuals attached black ribbons to the gates of the FFA building.
