Five Family Members Poisoned by Gas in Ayntap Village
On December 21, a report was received by the Masis Division of the Police from the hospital, stating that five residents of a house on 9th Street in Ayntap village were hospitalized with a diagnosis of "acute poisoning from carbon monoxide," including two minors.
The Public Relations and Information Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia reports that the dispatched operational group has determined that they were poisoned around 8 PM that same day due to a malfunction of the exhaust system in their kitchen water heater. Proceedings are underway.
