Brutal Murder in Ararat Province

A brutal murder has just occurred in the Ararat Province. Around 18:30, the Masis police department received a call from the "Masis" medical center, reporting that they had a young man's body with injuries from a sharp cutting-piercing object to the neck and heart.

According to shamshyan.com, a rapid response group from the Ararat Regional Police, headed by the department head Arthur Zakaryan, and the operational group from the Masis police department, led by division head Gevorg Poghosyan, were dispatched to the hospital.

Police and investigators have confirmed that the deceased was 17-year-old Edik Beglaryan, a resident of Masis city. Currently, investigators are working to determine where the victim was transferred from and the location of the crime.

In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under part 1 of Article 104 of the RA Criminal Code, based on the decision of the head of the Ararat Regional Investigation Department, A. Grigoryan, leading to the establishment of an investigative group.
