Several Cars Collide in Gyumri, Injuries Reported

On December 18, an accident occurred in the Shirak province. Around 2:20 PM, vehicles collided in front of address 67B Yerevan Highway in Gyumri. The vehicles involved included a Mercedes with license plate 607 AF 61, driven by 63-year-old S. G. from Gyumri; a Ford with license plate 88 MD 858, driven by 25-year-old K. N. from Yerevan; a Mercedes with license plate 35 DP 281, driven by 54-year-old G. S. from Gyumri; and a VAZ 2107 with license plate 35 AD 024, driven by 27-year-old A. G. from Gyumri.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, the driver of the VAZ and his passenger, 23-year-old S. B. from Akhurik village, were transported to Gyumri Medical Center with bodily injuries.
