Class and Strike at School No. 8 in Vagharsapat

The class and strike against the newly appointed principal has continued for the second day at School No. 8 named after Garegin Nzhdeh in Vagharsapat. In an interview with NEWS.am, the parents of the students expressed that they are awaiting clarification from the regional governor's office regarding the appointment of a candidate who received one vote less.

Law enforcement officers are also present in the school's vicinity, with one of them holding a closed discussion with teachers and parents.

“They are trying to soften us up so that we don’t disrupt the educational process, but they won’t succeed. We are not going back on our decision. We are asking why no one from the regional governor's office is coming, and we are being told that they are just eating their borscht,” parents stated to the news outlet.
