‘Zhamanak’: A New Personnel Base Will Be Created, There Will Be No Mass Dismissals
‘Zhamanak’ newspaper reports: “Despite Prime Minister Pashinyan’s dissatisfaction with the civil service system, significant personnel reshuffles should not be expected. According to our source close to the authorities, Pashinyan does not want to replace those who have worked in the governance system for 1.5 years with completely inexperienced individuals, as this could lead to even bigger problems. Instead, efforts are being made within the state apparatus to create a new personnel base through aides, advisors, and lower-level employees of ministers, governors, and other officials, who will later replace their superiors.”
