Vladimir Karapetyan Sees No Signs of Upcoming Personnel Purges
The spokesman for the Prime Minister of Armenia, Vladimir Karapetyan, does not see any signs of upcoming personnel purges. He expressed his opinion in a conversation with reporters, commenting on the Prime Minister's statement yesterday about the resistance of the executive power to the reforms being implemented in the country.
"I don’t know what you mean when talking about personnel purges," said Karapetyan. According to him, the head of government has repeatedly stated that 95 percent or more of state employees are from the previous administrations, yet there has been no personnel purge. "And I don’t think there are any signs of that. The Prime Minister has expressed his opinion on the processes, and I believe we will all draw conclusions based on his approaches," noted Karapetyan.
