Businessman Melik Manukyan's Brother Released on 2 Million Dram Bail
Former MP Melik Manukyan's brother, Robert Manukyan, the director of 'Sam-Har' LLC, has been released. The court of general jurisdiction of Kotayk Province has replaced the previous detention measure imposed on Robert Manukyan with bail, setting the amount at 2 million drams.
It is recalled that on August 2, 2019, around 12:30 PM, an attempted murder using explosives occurred against M. Manukyan on the interstate road, near the Arzvi monument on the Yerevan-Sevan highway, at the 15th kilometer mark.
The first court hearing in Robert Manukyan's case is scheduled for December 19.
