Petrosyan: We Have Repeatedly Stated the Motive Behind Throwing Malayan in the Trash Can, We Are Satisfied with Our Action

We have repeatedly stated the motive behind our action of throwing Narek Malayan in the trash can, said Davit Petrosyan, a member of the "Restart" group, in a conversation with reporters.

"We are very happy that the court session has started and we hope that through this case we will fight against the culture of insult. We did the right thing. We are satisfied with our action, we are very pleased to be part of this process. We place great importance on the course of the case's examination," he said.

According to Davit Petrosyan, they will do everything to ensure a dignified atmosphere in Armenia. "We will not resort to physical violence. Throwing Malayan in the trash was an event aimed at raising public awareness," he stated.
