Disinformation: No Agreement for Meeting with AYD Youth Organization, Ministry of Education States
The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia denies claims regarding a scheduled meeting between Arayik Harutyunyan and Armenian Youth Federation (AYD) representatives on December 3.
“The AYD has issued a statement claiming that a meeting with the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Arayik Harutyunyan, is set for tomorrow at 15:00. We announce that this is disinformation, and there is no agreement for any such meeting,” the ministry's statement reads.
The Ministry of Education has previously made it clear regarding the platforms for expressing opinions and making proposals on the draft law on “Higher Education and Science.” We urge participation in discussions on those platforms,” the statement adds.
