“On July 25 of this year, a post was published on the Facebook page of the permanent committee of the National Assembly of Armenia on defense and security issues, announcing that the chairman of the committee, Andranik Kocharyan's son, will continue his service in Artsakh. The statement mentioned, ‘The son of the chairman of the National Assembly's permanent committee on defense and security issues, Andranik Kocharyan, Vazgen Kocharyan, will continue his mandatory military service in Artsakh,’ along with a photo of Andranik Kocharyan and his soldier son.
