President Appoints Deputy Chiefs of Police
The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has signed decrees appointing deputy chiefs of police. According to the presidential decree, "Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister and in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Part 3 of Article 13 of the Law on Service in the Police," Arthur Martirosyan and Tigran Esayan have been appointed as deputy chiefs of police.
