The Kardashians Sign the Guestbook at the Armenian Genocide Museum
American-Armenian television stars Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, accompanied by their children, visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial.
The director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, Harutyun Marutyan, welcomed the guests and shared the history and significance of the memorial's construction. The Kardashian sisters laid flowers at the eternal flame and silently honored the memory of the Holy Martyrs.
They then visited the Armenian Genocide Museum, where the deputy director of the museum, Lusine Abrahamyan, presented the museum's exhibits and details of the genocide's history to the guests. At the end of the visit, Harutyun Marutyan gifted the Kardashian sisters his book, "The Imagery of Armenian Identity: The Memory of the Genocide and the Artsakh Movement," along with other publications from the museum.
Before the visit, Kim Kardashian had mentioned in a meeting with journalists that she had discussed the recognition of the Armenian Genocide with the White House and the U.S. presidential administration.
