Urgent: Pashinyan and Aliyev Talked for More than Two Hours
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, have talked for more than two hours following an incident that occurred in Ashgabat. This information was reported by the Telegram channel of Baghramyan 26, citing its sources.
According to the latest reports, Pashinyan and Aliyev spoke during lunch. While the specific topics of their discussion remain unknown, it is highly likely that the conversation included the incident that took place today, where Aliyev made false accusations against the Armenian government and referred to Garegin Nzhdeh as a "supporter of fascism." Pashinyan sharply responded to Aliyev, urging him not to distort history and to show respect to contemporary leaders.
It is evident that the parties also discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
