After Meetings with Serzh Sargsyan, Vitali Balasanyan Faces Escalation: Grigoryan

Vitaly Balasanyan is behaving more like a hooligan than a candidate for the presidency of Artsakh. This was stated by Armenian National Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan.

“Every time after group meetings in Stepanakert with Serzh Sargsyan, Vitaly Balasanyan experiences escalations that resemble more of a diversion,” he noted. “Having tied his political career to Serzh Sargsyan since 2016, Balasanyan is destined to end up in the political landfill where his leader resides.”
