«Zhamanak». Vardan Harutyunyan's Sons' Company Project Leader Appointed as PEA Official

«Zhamanak» newspaper reports: In the new Armenia, especially within the PEA system, personnel appointments continue to astonish.

According to «Zhamanak», Vahan Hakobyan, the project manager of the company «Green Farmer», owned by the sons of former PEA chairman Vardan Harutyunyan, has been appointed as the head of the Department of Statistical Analysis and Revenue Accounting at the PEA's Customs Division.

What risks may arise from placing close associates of former ministers within the system is left to speculation.
