Kocharian Congratulates Vladimir Putin on His Birthday

Robert Kocharian has sent a congratulatory message to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his birthday. This was reported by the office of the second President of Armenia.

“Today, October 7, Robert Kocharian sent a congratulatory message to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Congratulating the president of Russia on his birthday, Kocharian wished him robust health as well as numerous successes in his responsible position as the leader of the friendly Russian Federation,” the message stated.
