I Condemn This Incident: Edmon Marukyan on the Mirror Club Incident

The leader of the LHK faction in the National Assembly, Edmon Marukyan, writes: “I just returned from Strasbourg and learned about the incident at the Mirror Club from Facebook. I unequivocally condemn this incident and hope that law enforcement agencies will take appropriate measures.

Any encroachment on free speech will push our country back from the democratic achievements of today. As Thomas Jefferson said, ‘Our freedom depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost.’”
