Zhamanak: Kocharian's Circle Developing New Strategy

Zhamanak newspaper writes that Robert Kocharian's circle, which had hopes of saving him from criminal prosecution through the mediation of Russian President Vladimir Putin prior to his visit to Armenia, is now looking to develop a new strategy to achieve this goal.

Although they are not public figures, they believe that their material and organizational resources should be utilized to form an opposition political force operating in the public sphere. However, this requires time, and Kocharian is determined not to face the court.
