The Bill to Terminate Hrayr Tovmasyan's Powers Will Be Sent to the Constitutional Court
The secret voting regarding the proposal to terminate the powers of the President of the Constitutional Court, Hrayr Tovmasyan, was summarized in the Parliament. The proposal was accepted: Out of 132 members of the National Assembly, 101 participated in the vote. 98 voted in favor, while 1 voted against; 2 ballots were deemed invalid.
It should be noted that at least 3/5 of the total number of votes from the deputies was necessary to send the bill to the Constitutional Court.
