I am the one who guaranteed Arthur Vanetsyan for the position of Director of the National Security Service; Tsolakyan's statement has caused a misunderstanding.

It should be noted that during a press conference today, Felix Tsolakyan referred to the resignation of former NSS Director Arthur Vanetsyan and rumors about his potential resignation.

“I am the one who guaranteed Arthur Vanetsyan for the position of NSS Director. I will not comment on his statement. I will not be resigning, I will continue to work; no one's resignation has anything to do with me,” Tsolakyan said.

After the statement, Tsolakyan clarified that he guaranteed not Vanetsyan's assumption of office, but rather his work within the NSS system.
