I Was the One Who Guaranteed Arthur Vanetsyan’s Appointment in the NSS, Tsolakyan Says

During today’s press conference, Felix Tsolakyan addressed the resignation of former NSS director Arthur Vanetsyan and rumors regarding his possible resignation.

“I was the one who guaranteed Arthur Vanetsyan's appointment to the NSS years ago. I will not comment on his statement. I will not resign; I will continue to work. No one’s resignation has anything to do with me,” Tsolakyan stated.

When asked if he regretted guaranteeing Vanetsyan’s appointment, he replied, “No, for what reason?”
