Figures of Children Installed in Streets
In Armenia, for the first time, figures of children crossing the road have been installed at pedestrian crossings. This practice already exists in various countries and helps ensure the safety of pedestrians.
This is the first time such an initiative has been implemented in Armenia, with the first figures placed in front of School No. 5 in the city of Masis and in the adjacent area of Francophonie Street.
This important step towards pedestrian safety has been executed with the support of the Adibekyan Family Foundation for Advancement (AFFA).
