Founder of ‘Security Dream’ Alexander Zakaryan Released on Bail of 20 Million Dram
Alexander Zakaryan, the founder of the ‘Security Dream’ company, has been released, attorney Arshak Karapetyan informed Aysor.am.
“Alexander Zakaryan has been released on a bail of 20 million dram,” the lawyer stated.
He noted that they had submitted a request to change the preventive measure to bail and the First Instance Court has granted the request.
Zakaryan was charged under Article 178, Part 3, Clause 1 of the RA Criminal Code (fraud in particularly large amounts) and Article 325, Part 2 (forgery of documents by a group of persons by prior agreement).
