The Level of Lake Sevan Has Increased by 2 cm: Papikyan
During a government meeting, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan announced that approximately 40 million cubic meters of water were saved during the water intake from Lake Sevan, as compared to the planned amount.
As a result, according to Papikyan, the water intake from the lake was about 50 million cubic meters less than last year's figures.
The Prime Minister stated that it is also because of this reason that the level of Lake Sevan has increased by 1 cm. Papikyan responded that the increase in the level is already 2 cm, which surprised Nikol Pashinyan.
